POLICIES & FAQ

RESERVATIONS

A credit/debit card is required to secure online and mobile reservations. Appointments must be paid in full at the time of reserving the day and time you wish to visit.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Cash gratuities are appreciated. 

CANCELLATIONS + MODIFICATIONS

We require a full 24 hour notice of your intent to cancel your appointment. 

An appointment modification to remove a service is a late cancellation and also requires a full 24 hour notice.

 

Cancellations and modifications made during the 24 hour window before your appointment time will result in forfeiture of payment made.

 

Please make sure we have the correct phone number and email on file to receive appointment reminders.

 

If we're closed, you can still notify us of your intent to cancel or modify your appointment and avoid forfeiture of payment by calling and leaving a voicemail or sending a text to (443) 826.914 or emailing info@browsovereverything.com.

LATE ARRIVALS

We do our best to respect each guest's time and being prompt with every appointment. In the event you arrive 5 minutes late or more (for any service thats 25 minutes or less) and 10 minutes (for appointments longer than 25 minutes) past your appointment start time, you may be asked to wait, the appointment may be abbreviated, or the appointment will be canceled in order to honor the next guest appointment.

 

If we are able to accommodate the appointment, an automatic fee of 50% of the service will be applied to the appointment. If we are unable to accommodate the appointment, your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled, you are responsible for all cancellation fees. 

 

As a courtesy, please give us a call us to let us know you will be running behind so we know how to accommodate you. 

 

New clients, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time for consultation time and to go over the intake form. 

 

For a ‘no show’, you will no longer be able to schedule or receive services from BOE.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

GUESTS

Our service areas are reserved for only those guests being serviced to maintain a relaxing environments for all guests.

NO CHILDREN

I love children, and I hope you understand, I cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. I also do not want to compromise the relaxation of other guests. Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service.

 

For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. I do not have the facilities to care for children.

If you arrive with your child(ren) without prior notice, your appointment will be canceled and payments made will be forfeited. A new appointment may be scheduled and paid in full at the time of booking for a later date. 

CELL PHONES

Please be considerate by silencing your cell phone during your service. Phone calls may be taken outside of the treatment room(s).

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for services rendered. We do our best to manage expectations prior to rendering services. 

We do not offer refunds for products. 

No refunds are given for gift card orders.

Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
